When you print off your tickets, the cardholder’s name will appear on each ticket. For most shows, the cardholder doesn't need to attend. They can just print the tickets off and give them to their friends and family to use. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the name on the booking -the tickets need to be in the cardholder’s name.
There are a small number of events where the cardholder does need to attend. For shows like this, we make you aware when booking, and email reminders will be sent closer to the event as well
You can also make use of the Ticket Transfer service to send the tickets direct to your friends/family, this options is however not always activated for all events.
