How do I buy tickets?

Sign in or create your account.
- New users: Fill in your details, accept the terms, and click Get Started.
- Check your email, verify it, then click Finish.
- After signing in, choose Match Tickets or Hospitality, to buy your tickets.
How will I receive my tickets?
All events managed via the Springboks page are issued as digital tickets.
Create your account and once you have bought your tickets you can access them through "My Account"
When will the tickets be issued?
Tickets will only be available 30 days before the match.
What if I bought tickets for family and friends?
All fans are requested to transfer additional tickets to their friends or family attending with them using Ticket Transfer. Ticket Transfer does not apply to a family unit where attendees are underage, in which case tickets do not need to be transferred.
What is Ticket Transfer?
Ticket Transfer lets you digitally send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Springboks account to theirs. It is convenient, simple, and free, and can be done on your desktop or mobile device. Ticket Transfer will be active from 30 days before the event date. For more information, visit our help center.
Do I require a data connection to receive my tickets or at the gate?
A data connection is required for a ticket transfer. Once a mobile ticket has been received, you can add it to your Apple or Google Wallet. After adding tickets to your wallet, no data connection is required to access them.
What happens if I don't have data at the gate or my phone is flat?
If you experience issues accessing your tickets on the day of the event, assistance will be available. A box office will be located by each entrance, where staff can help resolve access issues and ensure you can enter the venue smoothly.
Is there a ticket limit per event?
Each event has its own ticket purchase limit. Please check the event details for specific limits. Orders that exceed the limit may be cancelled at SA Rugby’s discretion, including those associated with the same customer details.
Can I take a screenshot of a ticket and pass it on?
No. Screenshots are not accepted for entry. Tickets must be transferred to guests through your account using the app or website.
How can I change the email address on my account?

I can't make it to the game – can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, they are fully transferable, so you may pass them on to friends or family if you can’t attend.
Does my child require a ticket?
Children under the age of 3 who do not occupy a seat may enter free of charge. If a seat is required, a valid ticket must be purchased. Children aged 3 and over require a ticket.
Will pass outs be allowed?
No, pass outs are not permitted.
Are Viagogo tickets valid?
Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo. These tickets are unlawfully resold and are not valid for entry. Entry will be denied and refunds will not be issued.
What is the process for accessibility tickets?
Accessibility tickets may be available depending on the venue. Please request these tickets for the relevant match and follow the verification instructions provided by Ticketmaster.
