It’s nothing to worry about, just an added security feature. Your mobile tickets will appear in your account around 5 days before your event.

Why aren’t my tickets available to print yet?
Due to the nature of some events, some tickets may not be available to print until 5 days before the event. This may be because we’re still finalising some details with the event organisers, so your tickets aren’t quite ready yet.
How can I check if my event’s affected?
If your event is on the list below as ‘not ready’, that means tickets aren’t available just yet. We’re working hard to have your tickets available as soon as possible, and the latest you should expect them is around 5 days before the event.
