Ticketmaster, on behalf of its clients, strives to make it as easy as possible to purchase accessible seating tickets for venues across the country. Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible tickets will vary based on each venue's policies and/or the type of event taking place.
Accessible tickets are reserved solely for fans with disabilities and their companions. Please note that misuse of these tickets may result in cancellation of your order.
You can request accessible tickets by completing the Ticketmaster Request Form.
Accessible ticket availability and ticket types vary by event. The Event Organizer and venue determine what accessible tickets are available for each event.
After Ticketmaster receives your request, we'll reserve the tickets and send you a payment link.
To keep your reservation, submit proof of your accessibility requirements within 72 hours of making your request. Ticketmaster may cancel the reservation if supporting documentation isn't received within this timeframe.
Once your accessibility documentation has been approved, future accessible ticket requests may be verified automatically for up to two years. This process may vary depending on the event.
Verification helps ensure accessible seating remains available for fans who need it.
Accepted accessibility documentation
When requesting accessible tickets or a complimentary companion ticket, Ticketmaster may accept:
- An accessibility or wheelchair parking permit
- A doctor's letter confirming accessibility or wheelchair requirements
- Other official documentation that confirms accessibility or wheelchair requirements
Many events offer one complimentary companion ticket with each purchased accessible ticket. Companion ticket availability depends on the Event Organizer and venue policies.
If companion tickets are available for your event, Ticketmaster will confirm eligibility after reviewing your accessibility documentation.
Some venues offer additional accessibility services and accommodations.
Because Ticketmaster works with thousands of venues, the best place to find venue-specific accessibility information is the venue's official website. If your venue isn't listed below, visit the venue's website or search for it online.
If your accessibility needs have changed because of a new diagnosis, accident, or medical condition, contact Fan Support through this form.
Ticketmaster will review your request and help arrange the most appropriate accommodation where available.
