We want to make sure that everyone has a fair chance of buying tickets. A ticket limit is there to make sure the first people in the queue don’t buy up all of the tickets and leave nothing behind.
The limit will usually be decided by the event organisers, and we'll make sure this limit is clear to you at the beginning of the booking process.
The limit will usually apply per person, per credit card, but sometimes it may also be per household (if it's expected to be very popular).
If we find that someone has booked more tickets than they're allowed, we may cancel some or all of their tickets, without notice.
