I've booked tickets somewhere else - Can you confirm that they're genuine?

Unfortunately, we can’t. We can only discuss a booking that’s been made through us with the original cardholder, so we can’t confirm details of someone else’s order even if you’ve made a separate agreement to buy the tickets from them. We would never recommend buying tickets elsewhere as we are unable to guarantee the tickets are genuine.

We’d recommend to only buy tickets from a trusted source.
