Should you have e-tickets or digital tickets you can retrieve these tickets from your Ticketmaster account, under Upcoming Events.
Most of the time, we can arrange replacement tickets for you if you have physical printed tickets – we'd just cancel the original tickets and you can collect a new set from the box office when you arrive at the venue.
We can’t replace lost tickets until five days before the event, so just reach out after that time and we’ll be happy to arrange your replacements.
