We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds if you’re event is going ahead on the date originally planned - you can however cancel your tickets in line with our Purchase Policy.
We also have a fan guarantee for our customers, where we can offer a 24-hour cooling-off period. Some rules do apply, but you can find out more information here.

Some events might be so popular that extra dates come on sale. A charge of R70.00 per ticket will be deducted from your order to make the change. Fans would need to repurchase tickets for the new event, after successfully securing your tickets to the new event, you should contact our Fan Experience Team to cancel your previous order less the above charge.
