How to make a booking at the Venue
If we're not selling accessible tickets for the event you’re interested in, click the accessible icon on the event page for all the info you need to contact the venue.
How to make a booking online at Ticketmaster.co.za
We'll sell accessible seats online wherever possible. If we are selling tickets online, just follow the instructions you see when you click on the accessible icon and you can complete your booking from there, you will need send us proof of disability after you've made your booking see (Accessible tickets online verification) below.
How to make a booking over the phone with Ticketmaster
The majority of accessible tickets can be purchased online, it’s easier and quicker and we advise customers to book online wherever possible.
Accessible Tickets Verification
As more accessible tickets are sold online and to help ensure accessible tickets are convenient to book.
Once you have made a booking we will contact you within 72 hours of purchase, requesting proof of disability.
Once we have received proof of disability, any existing or future accessible bookings that are part of our verification process made within the next 2 years will be validated. (Please note this is not applicable to every event).
