You can now change your address online by signing into your Ticketmaster account! 🙌
- Just login to My Account
- Select your order (if you have more than one order, you'll need to update each order individually)
- You'll then see the 'Request An Address Change' link (Please note: this will only appear 72 hours after a booking has been made and if the event is more than 7 days away)
- Then all you need to do is fill out your new address in the form that follows (Please note that this will only be available for South African addresses. For international address changes, please Submit a request here).
- You'll then receive an email from us confirming your request has been received, followed up within 24 hours by a confirmation of your address change. 😃
