If a booking in your account is showing as cancelled, this may have been caused by one of several reasons:
- A re-seat within the venue - If this is the case, you'll receive an email from us to let you know
- Booked over the ticket limit - Ticket limits can be found on all event pages at the time of purchase
- Event may have been postponed/rescheduled/cancelled - you'll receive an email from us to let you know
- Refund request - If you have requested a refund/exchange, this will still show in your account as a cancelled order
