- My card used at the time of my purchase has expired or been replaced:
-
- Your refund will still be processed to the account linked to your original card at the time of purchase. This is due to the refund being a reversal of the original transaction, which was processed to the account linked to the card and not the credit card number.
- If you have moved to another bank, please contact your previous issuing bank and request that the funds be transferred to your new account
- How will this display on my statement:
-
- This will come in as a debit to your account, either on your bank statement or through your transaction history with the reference “Ticketmaster South Afr Cape Town ZA”.
